Melissa Withers is a founding partner at RevUp Capital, an investment platform for companies that are experiencing fast revenue-fueled growth. With over 100 investments under management, Melissa is committed to innovation in investment and building new ways to help founders create big, healthy businesses. Her background in customer experience and customer development, go-to-market strategy, and company storytelling has made her a strong advocate for closing the diversity gap in technology and investment. Melissa has advanced training in science and technical communications and is an expert in B2B and B2C, go-to-market strategy, customer development, content and communication, and enterprise sales. She is interested in early and accelerated growth and has a passion for uncovering the mysteries of why things work and why they don't. In addition to her role at RevUp Capital, Melissa has served as a board member at Statera and as a mentor in residence at TechStars Boston. She has overseen investments in over 120 companies since 2009 and is dedicated to providing dedicated access to the Fund's in-house integrated marketing and growth team, as well as active support from RevUp management. Melissa has a strong presence on LinkedIn and is known for her #LadyBoss attitude. She is good with a microphone but terrible on roller skates. Melissa holds a degree from Coventry High School and has 23.37 years of relevant experience in investment and business building.
