Melwin Vincent is a seasoned Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience in designing and developing web and mobile applications. He has a proven track record of engineering more than 10 mobile apps using the latest technologies, providing the best user experience, and meeting professional standards. Currently working as a Mobile Hybrid Application Developer at Tamimah Telecom, Melwin is responsible for developing mobile applications for some of the major private sector companies including TOYOTA OMAN, Ooredoo, OIFC, ONEIC, and public sector undertakings such as the Ministry of Civil Services. Melwin is an expert in ASP .NET Core (5.0.0), Angular/Ionic, and has in-depth knowledge of iOS quirks in Hybrid App development. He is attentive to the need for continued process improvements and has developed a custom framework on top of the Ionic Framework, which is now being used as the boilerplate code in all their mobile apps on Ionic. He has also published a few custom components as packages on npm, which can easily be integrated into Ionic/Angular projects. Melwin proposed and carried out the implementation of a data entry solution for their company's e-commerce project, which he later made available for public use (makemytables.com). Melwin's previous role at Tamimah Telecom saw him developing innovative solutions on APS.NET Core and Angular/Ionic Framework. He was instrumental in developing Hybrid Mobile Applications for their fast-growing portfolio of prestigious clients. In 2018, he led the UI development of a Bill Payment Mobile Application, which is currently holding the top position in both App Store and Play Store (Finance Category) with more than 300,000 active customers. Melwin's experience also includes working as a Software Engineer at QBurst Technologies and IBS Software Services. At QBurst, he learned more about the SDLC and improved his knowledge of AngularJS and other front-end related technologies. At IBS Software Services, he was trained on software development technologies, including J2EE, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and was introduced to some awesome frameworks like Spring MVC and AngularJS. Melwin holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
