Meng Zhu is a highly accomplished Staff Software Engineer at Nuro, with a proven track record of research, development, and operation experience in operating system and distributed system. With a great passion for system software, Meng has been instrumental in building a great platform to support autonomy development at Nuro. Prior to joining Nuro, Meng worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Uber, where he was responsible for core infra - compute. Meng is also an Apache Mesos Committer and Program Management Committee Member at The Apache Software Foundation. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Rochester, where he also obtained his Master's Degree. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Automation from Jiangnan University. Meng's technical expertise includes software engineering, senior software engineering, research scientist, and infra. He has relevant experience of 5.78 years, which has helped him develop a deep understanding of the software development industry.
