Michael McKenna, MBA is a Salesforce Technical Lead at The Water Project. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he has advanced knowledge and experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business productivity software. Michael is also an experienced technical writer and editor of new media materials. Prior to his current role, Michael worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Math for America and Dynasty Financial Partners. At Math for America, he converted complex FormAssembly forms into Lightning Flows and Lightning Web Components, maintained all users, profiles, permission sets, custom reports, and workflows, and leveraged Process Builder for easy-to-maintain “no code” solutions. At Dynasty Financial Partners, he administrated over 45 Salesforce Enterprise Orgs (Classic and Lightning) for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) totaling more than $20 Billion Assets Under Management and maintained integrations with 3rd party integrations via REST & SOAP APIs. Michael founded MiloSets Inc., a fitness tech start-up utilizing IoT technology for data-driven gym management and workout scheduling. He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Baruch College, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communication with a Concentration in Computer Science from Clarkson University, and a Non-matriculated degree from Royal School of Library and Information Science, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. In terms of his tech stack, Michael has expertise in Salesforce, Senior Software Engineering, Backend, Software Engineering, ETL, Frontend, Web, Integration, and Mobile.
