Mihir Joshi is a result-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in growth, marketing, and process excellence. He is an engineer from NITK Surathkal and has a proven track record of determining the most optimal operational practices, achieving objectives, and ensuring smooth operations. Mihir is a startup enthusiast with a good experience of the consumer tech industry. Currently, Mihir is a Founding Member & Marketing Lead at education10x, a group of Digital Marketing experts, and wordsmiths who provide a gamut of digital marketing services. In his current role, he is responsible for driving growth through marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. He also implements marketing automation tools and drives initiatives such as drip campaigns, A/B tests, and marketing performance reports and dashboards to optimize marketing campaigns. Prior to education10x, Mihir was a Founding Member & Digital Marketing Lead at likeminds where he was responsible for overall growth through performance marketing campaigns across all cities. He identified high-impact experiences and developed and implemented strategies to solve for the same. He also formulated and ran experiments to improve project metrics, identified, tracked, and reported metrics for projects/SOPs. Mihir has also worked as a Project Manager - Digital Marketing at growisto, where he provided a gamut of digital marketing services. Mihir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Surathkal. He is a Kendriya Vidyalaya alumnus.
