Mike Jiang is a seasoned product leader with over 8 years of experience in product management, program management, and analytics work. Currently, he is serving as a Senior Product Manager at Bytedance, where he is responsible for leading product development and strategy. He has a strong background in the tech space, having worked with top tech giants like Google, Amazon, Tencent, and Microsoft. Mike has a proven track record of launching successful products and features. At TikTok, he led the launch of TikTok Shopping in the US, UK, and CA and also launched the Seller platform for partner-integrated TikTok Shopping merchants. At Google, he led a team of data analysts to construct and manage the performance pipeline and downstream analytics. He also drove the GCP technology partnership ecosystem size by X2 by identifying sales channel bottlenecks and opportunities. Mike holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
