Mike Katos is a self-taught startup founder, entrepreneur, and a multi-talented professional with an extensive skill set range. With over 6 years of relevant experience, he is a mobile app and web designer/developer, marketing strategist, copywriter, social media manager, and sports betting superstar. He is also a blessed girl dad who understands the importance of building up your brand from copywriting to digital marketing to product development. Currently, Mike is working as a Project Manager at playing the field ™, where he is the Lead Developer for MAJIIK, LLC's social media and matchmaking mobile application. He manages all Marketing, UI/UX, and Design teams to ensure deadlines are met as expected. He also leads community outreach teams to increase engagement and spearheads all fundraising outreach, including personally appearing on several shows such as ‘Davis Meltzer's 2 Minute Drill’. Mike designs original content for social media pages and email marketing campaigns and analyzes the performance of the website, app, employees, and all organic and paid marketing campaigns. He manages the budget to maximize productivity between teams & operational costs such as software, hardware, etc. and is responsible for staying up to date with all legal requirements or obligations and handle all related public relations associated. In addition to his current role, Mike has also worked as a Business Manager at Harbor Child Care, where he managed all accounts receivable for four different Harbor Child Care facilities. He also worked as an Operations Manager at The Hot Tub Factory, where he scheduled deliveries of customer hot tub and fireplace orders and coordinated with delivery personnel to ensure all required procedures are carried out properly. Mike has a Full Stack Web Development Certification from free code camp and an Associate's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Sanford-Brown Institute-New York. He is proficient in mobile and web design, UI, and has a strong tech stack. Mike is a born leader with a creative eye for detail. He has hosted, directed, and executive produced 100+ episodes of Playing The Field's live companion web sports talk show called Fan Experience TV and connected with and scheduled 100+ guests for the lifetime of Fan Experience TV's run from Summer 2020 to January 2022.
