Mikhail started his career as a QA Engineer at MakeMyTrip and then worked as a Senior Test Engineer at GlobalLogic. He quickly scaled his knowledge of shell scripting, performance testing, and automation to drive product quality. Mikhail has also worked in hot-shot consumer startups like Jabong and financial firms before starting off at Mantra. He is a Whiteboarder-for-life and has successfully delivered innovation for clients like SBI General Insurance and Religare while building products like SellFash, a social selling platform that had 20k resellers at its peak. Mikhail is now focusing on conversational AI as he takes Mantra forward along with Parag and Sambhav. He is a motorcyclist at heart and loves talking about bikes, photography, and his endless travel stories. Currently, Mikhail is the Co-Founder - Business Development at SellFash, a mobile app-based ecosystem for drop-shipping suppliers to upload products, publish to their webstores, and push out to resellers who then set up their own stores and share them across social channels. He is responsible for business development and partnerships with brands and strategy for growth. Mikhail has a BE in Electronics and Telecommunications from Army Institute of Technology and completed his ICSE 10th from St. Xavier's School Durgapur. His tech stack includes AI, mobile, research scientist, product designer, and test.
