He has developed both active and passive feedback channels, including surveys, polls, social listening, and analysis of feedback gathered through forums and AMAs. Prior to his current role at Meta, Mikhil worked as a Data Scientist at IBM, where he engineered analytical solutions to measure metrics related to employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. He used data, analytics, and interactive visualization to create a workplace that works for all. Mikhil also served as a Research Intern at IBM, where he designed and developed a system to facilitate social coordination among enterprise users through sharing tentative events. Mikhil holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
