Milan Joshi is a highly experienced Vice President at Barclays with over 13 years of experience in application development and maintenance. He has extensive exposure to distributed and web-based applications and a strong command of devOps tools and technologies used for CI/CD in the application stack. Milan has hands-on working experience on AWS cloud-native serverless stack like Dynamo dB, Kinesis streams, Glue (pyspark), and Lambda. He is leading the hiring strategy and built the team from scratch of technical leads, developers, and data engineers for the program.
