Milap Bhojak is a Data Product Designer with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a strong background in engineering and has worked with various early-stage startups, where he has developed products from scratch and improved business by shipping data-driven products. Milap is passionate about exploring new behavior patterns and the relationship between data and design. He is also a keen traveler and enjoys designing for open source projects. Currently, Milap is working as a Designer at Rapido, where he is responsible for user research practice, Captain and customer retention, and Design system v0. In his previous role as a Design Consultant at ObserveAI, he worked on Voice AI for enterprise support. He has also worked with eGovernments Foundation as a Data & Design professional, where he contributed to the development of a Data-driven governance platform with the co-creation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and their think tank lab National Institute of Urban Affairs. Milap has a strong educational background, with a Summer School degree in Machine Learning from Kyoto University, a Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University. He also has a science background, having completed his Std 1 to 12th education from Sheth C.M Highschool & Higher Secondary.
