Min Yun Chan is a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with over 5 years of experience in the design field. Currently working at Micro Focus as a UX/UI Designer, she has a proven track record of successfully juggling the various perspectives and competing interests of team members and stakeholders while advocating for users. Min Yun is a curiosity-driven, invigorated designer who thrives on challenges. She is an imaginative logician with a thirst for knowledge, always looking for ways to improve her skills and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends. Previously, Min Yun worked as a Senior Designer at the National University of Singapore, where she gathered user feedback for projects and software in implementation through qualitative feedback collection and quantitative data analysis. She also led learning materials creation in the Education Technology team in the School of Medicine, collaborating closely with faculty for a creative approach. Min Yun was responsible for managing projects, advising and influencing faculties for adoption of new platforms and integration of media in teaching. Before that, Min Yun worked as a Research Assistant at Keio-NUS Cute Center, where she was involved in interaction design for the Virtual Reality Medical Simulation project in collaboration with National University Health System. She conducted contextual inquiry and stakeholder interviews, analyzed findings to identify key features and user tasks to be prioritized for development, and worked closely with programmers to deliver a stable release for future database integration. Min Yun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business.
