• I was working in Information Security Department’s Compliance division. My work primarily focused on policy reviews and updating based on the regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Additionally, SOP reviews and creation of new SOPs was something where I learned the great deal about improving the existing processes.
• I worked as a liaison between the bank and external auditors to facilitate the smooth functioning of Reserve bank of India (RBI) Cybersecurity Framework Audit.
• I was the technical lead for RSA ARCHER Implementation in the bank. That included tasks like use case creation, technical resource management, UAT testing and stakeholder relation management.
• Information Security (IS) Risk mapping with the control standards of the bank’s IS policy and keeping the risk register up to date by collecting and verifying evidences based on KRIs.
• Also conducted, RBI circular reviews and CERT-IN Advisory tracking in the bank. And worked with internal audit department to ensure escalation, approval and resolution of non-compliance points and acquainted with evidence management processes.
