Mitasha Singh is an experienced HR professional with a passion for championing a more sustainable future. With expertise in technology and asset management industries, Mitasha believes in an approach of “less is more” when it comes to ‘People’ challenges. She understands that initial effort in establishing the right culture and fit goes a long way. Currently, Mitasha serves as the Director of People Operations at Maxwell Energy Systems. In this role, she is the fixer for everything People at ION. She handles policies, experiences, communications, productivity, branding, administration, resourcing, and talent acquisition. Prior to her current role, Mitasha worked as a People Ops Consultant and Advisor for early-stage startups, new founders, and new managers. She also served as the Head of People & Culture at Unifynd. Mitasha has a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where she graduated in 2012. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy (Honours) from BJB Autonomous College, where she graduated in 2008. With 9.78 years of relevant experience, Mitasha has worked on various projects, including talent acquisition and management, university recruitment, employee relations, business partnering, change initiatives, and employer branding.
