Mithila Holla is a versatile professional with a diverse range of experiences across industries such as semiconductors, software, and industrial automation. She currently serves as the General Manager of Products at Trinity Mobility, an IoT and applied AI startup focused on smart cities and related applications. In this role, she leads the product management, UX design, tech pubs, and marketing teams. Mithila's academic background is impressive, having graduated top of her class in Electrical Engineering and receiving the prestigious TMA Pai Gold Medal during her Master's program at Manipal. She also holds an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin, one of Europe's top 10 MBA universities. Mithila's professional journey began as an R&D Engineer at LSI Technologies (now Broadcom Inc.), where she gained expertise in data storage domains, specifically SAS, SATA, and PCIe protocols. Her interest in product management and marketing led her to pursue an MBA, after which she built and launched several products, including the PIC24GA7 Curiosity Development Board at Microchip Technology. In her most recent role as a Lead Innovation Catalyst at ABB, Mithila developed a global customer experience and innovation program for Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions from scratch. This program enhanced the customer pre-sales experience through problem-solving, value discovery, and co-creation by applying principles of design thinking, UX design, lean startup, and agile working across business lines and functions. Through this program, Mithila engaged with nearly 70+ customers and partners globally and generated a total addressable market value of ~100M USD and ongoing opportunity value of ~30 MUSD for ABB's businesses. Mithila's expertise extends beyond her professional career, as she is always learning something new. Her current interest lies in cyber laws, and outside of work, she finds happiness in actively pursuing her hobbies like traveling, dancing, and painting.
