Mithlesh Jaiswal is a seasoned Director of Engineering with over 11 years of experience in Mobile Application Development and Architecture solutions for the iOS platform. He has a deep understanding of the best practices and methodologies required to develop high-quality applications for iOS 11.* and below versions for all types of iDevices. As an iOS Developer, Mithlesh has participated in application and module level design discussions, optimizations, flow discussions, and implementations. He has extensive knowledge of different design patterns such as MVC, Delegation, Observer, Facade, Singleton pattern, and others. He has worked with multiple core iOS frameworks and used core Objective C features in his implementations like GCD/Multithreading, KVC/KVO, Blocks, NSOperations, Swizzling, Categories, Protocols, Predicates, Coding/Copying, and more. Mithlesh has also been following Agile practices in his daily work. Mithlesh is a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in the latest technological developments in Mobility. He possesses excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and is a team player. Currently, he is working at Nium as the Director of Engineering, where he is responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Prior to his current role, Mithlesh worked as a Senior iOS Developer at Morningstar, where he developed the Morningstar for Advisors℠ iPad product, allowing financial advisors to explore new possibilities in practice-building. He has also worked as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, where he was involved in the development of iPhone and iPad applications. Mithlesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Senior Software Engineer, iOS, Mobile, Objective-c, React Native, Research Scientist, Redux, Parts-of-speech, Web, test, Javascript, and Jenkins.
