Mithu Roy is a Senior Android Developer, YouTuber, and Podcaster with a passion for reading books and inspiring others to implement the knowledge they gain from them. He is currently working at Cognizant as an Associate - Projects, where he continues to hone his skills in Android development. Prior to this, he worked at Codelogicx Technologies as a Senior Android Developer, leading the TagFi Android Team and developing white label B2B client apps. Mithu's journey in software engineering began in 2016 after completing his B.Tech in Engineering. During his internship, he realized the importance of giving back to the community and started his YouTube channel, where he posted tutorial videos on Android development. His playlist on RxJava gained significant attention, leading him to start the ImpleBooks YouTube channel and podcast, where he inspires people to read books and implement the knowledge they gain from them. Mithu's passion for coding and making tutorial videos is just the beginning of his ambitions. He has goals of becoming a motivational speaker, social media influencer, and creating his own brand. He has been featured in "The Hindu" newspaper for his achievements during his internship and has moderated and taken interviews for LinkedIn Local Bengaluru. Mithu holds an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from B.P.Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, a Diploma in Computer Science from Tripura Institute of Technology, and completed his 10th grade at Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan. His tech stack includes Android, Dagger, Software Engineering, Mobile, UI, and he has relevant experience of 6.95 years.
