Mithun Kumar is a highly skilled Sr. Software QA Engineer with over 6 years of practical experience in Quality Assurance. He has worked on Automation testing, Functional testing, and API testing, and has held various QA roles in different teams with exposure to different tools and technologies. Mithun has extensive experience in test development, planning, infrastructure setup, execution, and automation. He is a core expert in designing automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Java. He has also set up Continuous Integration environments and is well aware of both the Software Development Lifecycle and Test Development Lifecycle. Mithun is experienced in handling multiple teams, release ownership, business decision making, ensuring quality processes and plan implementation, mentorship, and individual contributor positions. His expertise extends to web apps, mobile apps, and API testing. He has also been responsible for managing offshore QA teams, execution planning, and test management.
