Mitul Patel is a highly experienced Software Engineer with over 11 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked in various roles, starting with Technical Support and Service Delivery Specialist, and currently serves as a Senior R&D Product Engineer at Akamai Technologies. Mitul's foundation is in network engineering, specifically in Application Server, Media Server, Traditional Telephony, VoIP products, UM, Conferencing, and their development, installation, and support activities. He has extensive experience working with international clients both onsite and offsite. He has worked closely with PM, sales, QA, and development teams to address client requirements, ongoing issues, and service assimilation & product development. Currently, Mitul serves as a Principal Software Engineer at Akamai, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance software products. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Engineer Lead at Radisys and as a Sr. Product Support Engineer at GlobalLogic. Mitul holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communications from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, completed in 2008. He also completed his 12th grade in Science from Vidhyamandir Palanpur in 2002. Mitul's technical expertise includes Software Engineering, QA, and Product Management.
