Mitul Singhania is a product and strategy professional with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems. With experience in product, strategy, tech, and finance, he brings a holistic approach to his work. He is a creative individual with a talent for visual forecasting and devising solutions to tackle challenges head-on. Mitul is also a finance enthusiast who enjoys reading about markets, investing, and economics. Currently, Mitul serves as the Product & Growth lead at Mudrex. Prior to this, he worked at Workduck and Coinswitch in various product and growth roles. At Coinswitch, he transitioned to the Payments team, where he focused on user acquisition and monetization initiatives. He took end-to-end ownership of payment initiatives like Bounce Club, Bounce Pack, and Bounce Offers. Mitul also conceptualized and tested the pilot for dynamic pricing from the fixed pricing model for an increase in revenue. He evaluated and implemented pay-later digital wallets for a hassle-free payment experience. Additionally, he worked closely with the IoT team to integrate blue-tooth technology in dockless scooters, in an effort to fortify asset security and improve user experience. Mitul initiated, organized, and managed a national-level hackathon, Bouncehack, in line with the company’s talent acquisition and branding strategy. He also improved and cost-optimized the customer support function by installing inbound call servers, reducing call drop-off rates by 30%. Mitul holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from RVCE, as well as a High School degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bal Bharati Public School Pitampura. He also completed a Product & Growth program at GrowthX. Mitul is well-versed in a variety of technologies, including Web3, AI, and test. He is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer and has 5.68 years of relevant experience. Mitul is always open to discussing business ideas, opportunities, or the latest and greatest in tech.
