MK Balaji is a growth and customer experience (CX) leader with over 17 years of experience in setting up and leading global cross-functional organizations, defining and driving growth strategies to scale businesses. MK has also led strategic partnerships with Meta, Google, and Apple to drive pipeline and expansion. As a founding member of a start-up and a leader at a $400 million organization, MK has led several strategic and mission-critical initiatives worth working directly with the CEO and key executives. He has expertise in growth leadership, product vision and strategy, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product and sales operations, sales and marketing enablement, market entry and growth strategy, software as a service (SaaS), product pricing, and data analytics and insights. MK's past experience includes working as a Senior Manager of Growth at Freshworks, where he drove growth for the messaging product, Freshchat, leading the 1-25 million growth. He also worked as a Senior Manager in the CEO's office, working closely with the CEO on multiple programs in the business and product organization at Freshworks. MK has a PGDIB in International Business from IMS, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Anna University, and completed his high school education at Sree Narayana Mission Senior Secondary School. MK Balaji is a growth and CX leader with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses. He is passionate about driving customer-led growth and building cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
