Mohamed Mohsin Khaleel PMP®CSM® is a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with over 11 years of experience in the Telecom and E-commerce industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in General Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, Philippines, which is one of the top business schools in Asia and AACSB Accredited B-School. His MBA course work included more than 800 business cases covering various industries and facets of management, which helped him build a business mindset essential for handling issues in today's complex business world. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. Mohsin's experience in the Telecom industry includes R&D in Wireless Software Design, Development, and Testing pertaining to 3G CDMA EVDO products. He has also been part of projects that used Agile and Lean approaches. His interests span across E-commerce, Mobile Technologies, Wireless Telecom Technologies, Business Analytics, and overall Project Management. Currently, Mohsin is working as a Senior Business Analyst at Qatar Foundation Research and Development, where he has acquired skills in Business Analysis, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Cost-benefit Analysis. His responsibilities at Qatar Foundation include working with stakeholders to analyze and validate requirements, supporting and coordinating with teams working on different platforms like Sharepoint and Microsoft Azure, working with Qatar Foundation entities to gather requirements and prepare project plans detailing project scope, time, and cost, and conducting meetings with clients to gather requirements and articulate them in IT requirements format for development. Previously, Mohsin worked as a Project Manager at Coviam and Zubah Tradex, where he acquired skills in E-commerce, Project Management, Requirement Analysis, Design, Conflict Resolution, Stakeholder Engagement, Reporting, Planning, and Forecasting, among others. At Coviam, he worked with clients such as Tiket and Blibli, where he developed portals (website and mobile app) for events in Indonesia and Singapore, collaborated with third-party vendors and integrated using RESTful APIs to publish their events in tiket.com, and participated in user and product research exercises/workshops. At Zubah Tradex, he understood business requirements and proposed cost-effective marketing solutions within the allocated marketing budget for an online portal for selling halal meat in Bengaluru.
