Mohamed Atef is a highly experienced Information/Cyber Security Consultant with over 20 years of expertise in implementing Cyber Security Standards and Compliance ISO 27001, Information Security Regulation (ISR), and Professional Cyber Security Controls (ECC). He is a PhD and MSc holder with several professional certifications including CISSP, CEH, PMP, CEI, and MCT. In his current role as a Cyber Security Specialist at Freelancer, Mohamed is responsible for implementing ISO 27001, ISR v2, Risk Management, IS policy framework, Disaster recovery plan, Vulnerability Management, IS Awareness, Enterprise DLP solution implementation, Enterprise AV management, Incident management, and IS Audit. Prior to his current role, Mohamed founded and served as CEO of InfoSec4TC, a company dedicated to helping individuals build their Cyber Security careers through teaching real Cyber Security implementation, real projects, and real operational activities. Mohamed's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Alexandria University and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Cairo University. Throughout his career, he has gained 16.95 years of relevant experience in ISMS implementation, Risk Management, Information Security Framework, Vulnerability Management, Security Operation Center, Disaster Recovery Planning, IS Awareness Campaign, Enterprise DLP Solution Implementation, Enterprise AV Management, and IS Audit.
