Mohamed Elrabaya is a GIS specialist with over 11 years of relevant experience in GIS management, cartography and mapping, spatial analysis, environment, land use planning, rural development, geography, remote sensing, data analysis, ArcGIS, QGIS, and Python. He is currently working as the Network and GIS Head Manager at Anurb (Agence National de l'Urbanisme). Mohamed has a strong educational background with a 5-year degree in Geography from the Université des Sciences et des Technologies Houari Boumediène, an Engineering degree in Geography and Territorial Planning from USTHB, and a Bachelor's degree from Lycée Omar Toumi, USTHB. Prior to his current role, Mohamed worked as a GIS Consultant at Ingénieurs Conseils Associés (ICA), where he received training in SIG and ArcGIS 10.5. He also worked as a Manager of Asset Management at SEAAL, where he served as the Director of Technical Heritage Unit. Mohamed's technical skills include Python, which he uses for data analysis and GIS-related tasks. He has extensive experience in GIS management and has worked on various projects related to cartography and mapping, spatial analysis, and land use planning.
