Mohammad Asif is an experienced R&D Engineer III currently working at Commscope. He is responsible for developing and implementing the admission and management module for the Next-Gen RP using Netconf protocol in the Containerized OneCell 5G solution. With a relevant experience of 9.70 years, Asif has in-depth knowledge of Java, Software Engineering, C, and Integration. Asif has previously worked as an R&D Engineer II at Commscope, where he developed the Carrier Manager Application (CMApp) from scratch for the OneCell project of Airvana Networks. He has also worked as an R&D Engineer at Airvana Networks, where he played a key role in the development of the OneCell product that uses LTE technology. Asif was responsible for handling the Dimclient module and implementing the Indoor/Outdoor Radio Point (RP) feature, Unequal Transmission Power for RP feature, DSCP marking feature, and PnP (Plug and Play) for OneCell from Device Management Server (DMS). He has also resolved technical issues like memory leak, uptime of device, and crashes of the product. Asif holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. He completed his Intermediate (10+2) education in Science from S.G. Public School, Mughal Sarai. Asif also attended Dayawati Modi Academy and S.G. Public School. Asif is a skilled engineer with a strong understanding of software development and integration. He has a proven track record of developing complex modules and applications from scratch and resolving technical issues. Asif is a team player and has contributed significantly to his team's success by resolving maximum defects in the last two years.
