Mohammad K. is an accomplished Information Technology leader with over 18 years of experience in delivering enterprise-class solutions in the financial services industry in India and the USA. He has a deep domain expertise in insurance and financial services and is skilled in aligning technology organizations and architecture to power the business. He has experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, application development, and system architecture. Mohammad has a proven track record of delivering projects involving all SDLC phases for companies like Zurich Financial Services, American Express, ProSight Specialty Group, Penn National Insurance, Cumberland Insurance Group, Sentry Insurance, and Gainsco, among others. He is currently responsible for setting long-term strategy, directing all aspects of technology, systems development, program management, budgeting, quality assurance, information security, infrastructure, and production management. Mohammad is passionate about enabling clients to be digitally transformed and future-ready. He believes that innovation starts with insane curiosity, passion for lifelong learning, and relentless focus on what’s next. He has a collaborative leadership style and a strong technical expertise that enables him to lead with content and create a culture that promotes technical prowess alongside commercial rigor. In addition to his work in the financial services industry, Mohammad is also interested in online product management, technology, sports, and start-ups. He is certified as a United States Soccer (USS) coach and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Currently, Mohammad is working with Skillzam, where he is building the CURE Platform, which stands for Cross-Skill, Up-Skill, Re-Skill, Expert-Skill. This skill development platform enables students, professionals, and corporate organizations to transform lives through learning. Skillzam brings flexible, affordable, industry-relevant skill enhancement programs - from basic courses to advanced hands-on project implementations. Prior to Skillzam, Mohammad worked with Workzam, where he focused on connecting job seekers with new opportunities, and Zamhi, where he developed a next-gen social connect product that enables people to connect with each other, build communities, and support businesses to grow.
