Mohammad Sheraj is a versatile software engineer with expertise in multiple software layers including Web Development, App (Android, GStreamer) and Framework (Voice Engine, QMMF). He has worked professionally in languages such as C, C++, Java, Kotlin, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Python, MATLAB/Octave and Shell Scripting (Linux and Windows). Currently, he is working as an Engineer in the IoT Connected Camera team at Qualcomm, where he has developed from scratch the IoT APK for demonstrating IoT Camera use cases. He has also worked on QMMF (Qualcomm Multimedia Framework) and GStreamer App development for Embedded devices. His technologies expertise includes Android, Kotlin, Camera2, Shell scripting, GStreamer, and Camera Framework. Previously, he has worked as an Engineer in Media Services and Camera Apps at Samsung, where he had ownership of AP and CP side Voice Engine of Samsung mobiles. He also has experience in Android Framework Level bug fixes and RTP Protocol for UDP. His technologies expertise includes C++, RTP, UDP, Perforce, Wireshark, Java, Git, and Perforce. Sheraj has also worked on Samsung's Voice Engine and Android Camera App. He has web development experience at Goodera. He is a BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus graduate and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation and a Master’s Degree in Physics. He completed his 10+2 from Navy Children School. Sheraj has relevant experience of 5.03 years and has one US patent granted in Camera and another under filing. He has also published a paper in IEEE.
