Mohammed Fadil is a chemical engineer with a master's degree from Cambridge University and a bachelor's degree from IIT (BHU) Varanasi. He believes in exploring different domains before settling down and has worked in industrial software development, product management, strategy consulting, venture capital, and manufacturing. His ultimate goal is to co-found a highly impactful and scalable company. Fadil is currently working at Atlan, a modern data workspace that enables better collaboration between diverse users like business, analysts, and engineers. He is part of the GTM team in the founder's office role, solving scaling challenges and running new growth levers as Atlan enters the next stage of the blitzscaling journey. Apart from his work, Fadil actively follows climate tech and spends time watching Federer videos and good movies. He has created a personal website and a Substack newsletter called Sheldonopedia, where he simplifies climate tech concepts and startups. Fadil has worked as an investment analyst intern at CIIE and as a consultant/product developer at Siemens. He has a tech stack that includes Snowflake, software engineering, product management, search, research science, and senior software engineering. With 3.19 years of relevant experience, Fadil is a Cambridge and IIT alum who is passionate about startups and disruptive technologies.
