Mohammed Shibin is an experienced Software Engineer with over 11 years of experience in embedded software development. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Analog Devices, where he is responsible for developing software for hybrid and electric cars. His expertise includes safety software development for inverter ECU for electric and hybrid cars according to ISO26262 and ASPICE process, DCDC converter system, inverter system, and park brake systems for hybrid and electric vehicles, and module responsible for DC-discharge link module. Mohammed has previously worked at Siemens Technology and Services Pvt Ltd and Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, where he was involved in the development and maintenance of air system software for different OEMs and worked on power-train system (gasoline air system) using ASCET. He has also worked at Data Patterns India Pvt Ltd, where he was involved in different project stages including requirement collection, design, implementation, and testing. Mohammed is skilled in board bring-up, serial bootloader development for microcontrollers, driver development for various peripherals such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Flash, ADC, DAC, PWM, WDT, and experience in interfacing and development of various sensors and devices such as EEPROM, SRAM, Flash, Gyro, Magnetometer, temperature sensors, etc. He has developed flash resident serial bootloader for MPC5675K microcontroller and has hands-on experience on ADC calibration. Mohammed is a mentor and has helped colleagues in different phases of SDLC. He has also helped others to develop quality artifacts by providing good review points. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam.
