Mohan Ananthanarayanan is a Senior Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions, with over 23 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently leading the Digital Business Automation, Agile Integration, and B2B Supply Chain division, where he is responsible for driving digital transformation at scale for clients. Mohan has a deep partnership with IBM, Red Hat, Axway, FICO, Seeburger, Cleo, and other leading technology companies. Mohan has a proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation initiatives for clients. He has led an incredibly talented team to drive customers’ need to change and innovate faster in the digital age through API-led approach to connectivity & end-to-end process automation. Mohan is also responsible for successful delivery, setting up of software engineering practices, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and customer delight driving their digital transformation initiatives. In his past roles at Cognizant, Mohan has served as the Chief Architect & Practice Head for IBM BPM & Integration and Digital Integration (API, iPaaS) and Principal Architect & Practice Lead for IBM BPM & Integration. In these roles, he was responsible for winning and delivering client work, offering intellectual and managerial leadership within the team and externally in IBM BPM & Middleware and Digital Integration (API, iPaaS) service offerings. Mohan has also conceptualized and developed Digital Integration practice as a new avenue of growth, which resulted in 3x growth during his tenure. Mohan holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut and has completed his education from Carmel High School, Chalakudy, Kerala. He has expertise in integration, blockchain, AI, microservices, senior software engineering, Kubernetes, ML, DevOps, and mobile. Mohan is a thought leader in the technology industry and has spoken at multiple IBM conferences.
