This product allows customers to define conditions for alerts, customize alerts, and enables customer support to query and get relevant data directly from Slack. Mohan's past experience also includes working as a plant head at Omraj Autotech LLP. Mohan holds a Bachelor's degree and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Manufacturing Engineering from CIPET.
