Mohd Aquib is an experienced Software Test Engineer with over 11 years of experience in testing various applications. Currently, he is employed at Landis+Gyr, where he is responsible for testing embedded applications. Aquib possesses a wide range of testing skills, including manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, and bug tracking and reporting. He is proficient in developing and maintaining test cases using "Test Design Techniques" as per the SRS and executing tests as per the Test Execution Check list. He is also an expert in testing Metro applications according to Microsoft certification guidelines on Windows 8 and testing applications on iOS and Android devices. Aquib has a good understanding of the priority and severity of a defect, test plan, and project life cycle and STLC. He is adept at preparing test results as per the Test Execution Status. He has worked with JIRA Bug Tracking Tool and has expertise in testing web-based applications. Prior to joining Landis+Gyr, Aquib worked as a Software Test Engineer at Innodata Inc. and as a Manual Tester at Magic Software Pvt Ltd. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Vishveshwarya Institute of Technology. Aquib's technical skills include test, SDET, Android, iOS, integration, and web.
