Mohit Agarwal is a computer science graduate and Chief Engineer at Samsung Research Institute in Bangalore, India. With a passion for coding and real-world problem-solving, Mohit believes that programming has the power to transform people's lives. Currently, Mohit is working with the Access OAM team at Samsung, where he is involved in a diverse range of research and development activities related to network management. He has designed and developed ORAN/XRAN based RU OAM blocks for ATnT, developed ORAN/XRAN based DU OAM blocks for ATnT, PNJ, and Docomo, and developed Samsung's High-Availability Controller for 5G gNBs. Prior to his current role, Mohit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung and as a Professional Assistant at the Student Welfare Division of BITS Pilani. Mohit's education history includes a Master of Engineering in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Heritage Institute of Technology. He also completed his high school education at Happy Child High School and his Intermediate studies in Science (PCM) at Bholananda National Vidyalaya. Mohit's technical skills include expertise in research, mobile, Docker, software engineering, Python, Java, and C. With almost three years of relevant experience, Mohit is a skilled and dedicated engineer who is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on the world.
