Mohit Jain is the Head of Global Consulting and Customer Success at Whatfix, with over 15 years of relevant experience in the field of product development and business application development. He possesses broad product skills, including product design, product marketing, and product strategy, and has a well-developed vision for online consumer products. Mohit has a proven ability to rapidly develop complex applications from concept to implementation, and he is highly skilled in leading large matrix teams. With deep technical knowledge, Mohit has programming experience in C/C++, JAVA, Python, PHP, XML/WebServices, .NET, Node.js, and has development experience on operating systems like Linux, MAC OS, and Windows. He has also worked extensively on BIG Data with Hadoop and Storm, and is familiar with installing and working with Ganglia and Nagios monitoring systems. Mohit has demonstrated strong team skills and the ability to lead big teams, as well as proven ability to build and manage offshore teams. He has worked on various projects involving MySQL, JIRA, SVN, Sphinx Search, and Elasticsearch, and has development experience on Cell BE Architecture. Mohit holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Indore. He also attended St. Paul Higher Secondary School, Indore. As the Assistant Vice President at Whatfix, Mohit is responsible for leading the Global Consulting and Customer Success teams. Prior to this, he held the positions of Sr. Director and Director of Global Consulting at Whatfix.
