Mohit Kumar is a Product Test Manager with over 12 years of relevant experience in various domains, including Life Science and Health Care industry, Retail & E-commerce (B2B & B2C). He is a goal-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving ability using innovative technology, and creative thinking. Currently, Mohit is working as a Specialist Master and Product Test Manager at Deloitte. He is responsible for applying a Shift left driven approach into Software Product Life Cycle for SaMD products, managing and developing an elite team of QA engineers, coordinating and optimizing testing in a multi-functional environment, developing test strategies and creating appropriate test harnesses, as well as pragmatic testing approaches. In the past, Mohit has worked with companies like Medtronic and GlobalLogic as a Senior Test Automation Engineer and Product QA. He was involved in testing customized android applications, preparing test plans and strategies, test protocols, and test scripts, performing manual testing, functional, integration, system, and regression testing, reporting bugs to developers, and managing infrastructure for testing. Mohit has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science/Studies from Acharya Institute, completed in 2010, and a 12th degree in Mathematics from Krishna Public School, Bhilai, completed in 2006.
