Mohit Mehta is a driven and assiduous Software Engineer based in New Delhi, India. With over 7 years of relevant experience, he has a deep passion for computing systems, deep learning, and engineering practices. He is an ardent tech fanatic with a keen interest in algorithmic finance, electric mobility and autonomy, and large-scale consumer services. Mohit has a diverse thought orientation and is fascinated by utility gadgets, community and open-source research in hardware space, and the application of educational psychology. He is also passionate about exploring upper eastern Himalayan passes, Tibetan Buddhism, and Jewish culture. Currently, Mohit is a Senior Software Engineer at Unbxd Inc, where he works with teams under AI platform, Search, data science, and Self Serve verticals on problems related to recommendation, search re-ranking, and onboarding relevancy workflows. Previously, he worked as a Software Engineer at Unbxd and as a Software Engineering Consultant with Zapperlabs, where he worked on container security and as a software engineering consultant with a stealth-mode streaming startup. He has also dedicated time building products for the creative arts community under ‘the deft’. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. He also completed his High School education from St. Cecilia's Public School and Shadley Public School.
