He has extensive experience in building high scale deep tech for Fintech, InsureTech, Payment Tech, E-commerce, Online Travel, Web Services, and Cloud computing. Mohit is an expert in social networks, mobile apps, messaging, communication protocols, file formats, and data science. He has a proven track record of building successful startups. He co-founded and built the App-based platform for checking counterfeits at Chkfake, which helped protect brands against revenue, margin, and reputation loss. He was also instrumental in managing digital marketing using Google/Facebook Ad Networks. At Ourbus, he built the entire tech organization from scratch and scaled it to a revenue of $10M per annum. This scalable online ticketing and live bus tracking platform enabled transactions for end customers, bus companies, in-house back-end Marketing/Content/Operations teams, 3rd party aggregators, etc. Live tracking of buses, creating new routes, dynamic pricing, landing pages for Marketing/SEO, Android/iPhone/Web App, etc. are supported by the system. Mohit has a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, an MS in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an SMP from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
