Mohit Virli is a frontend engineer at Cohesity with over 5 years of relevant experience. He is a designer at heart and has hands-on experience with current web development technologies. Mohit has gained ample industry exposure, owning the complete UI side of scalable product features and getting things done quickly without compromising the quality of code or design. He loves doing JS and playing PS. Currently a Member of Technical Staff 3 at Cohesity, Mohit has added support for views in disaster recovery in a short time, which was a hard commit for many deals. He also helped SmartFiles achieve enterprise-ready quality with the work he did on the dashboard and the core view-related workflows. In his previous role as a Frontend Engineer at Cohesity, Mohit developed the UI and workflows for multitenancy, enabling service providers to host multiple customers at scale. He also implemented localization to connect better with customers in different locations and revamped data tiering with a better new UX that improved customer delight. Before joining Cohesity, Mohit was the Lead Frontend Engineer at Information Management Group, IIT Roorkee, a college student group that provided technical solutions for the enhancement of web applications and information resources at the college level. At IMG, he worked with a team to design and develop applications on campus intranet. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2006 to 2013.
