Mommy Mukherjee is an experienced AEM Architect with over 8 years of IT experience as a Java/AEM/UI developer and Technical Solution Provider. She has worked in a variety of roles and industry verticals, gaining proficiency in all aspects of Software development life cycle and Agile Methodology. Her expertise includes requirements analysis, design, development, production support, and client handling. Currently, she is working as an AEM Lead at Publicis Sapient India and holds the position of Technology Specialist at Zen & Art. Mommy has worked with several reputed companies in the past, including Adobe and Nucleus Software. At Adobe, she worked as a Senior Technical Consultant - AEM/CQ5 and was responsible for providing support to AEM customers across the globe. She analyzed critical issues, provided RCA, and suggested preventive measures to clients. She worked as an escalation specialist for several sprints with ownership and responsibility to ensure that client issues are being addressed properly. She worked closely with key customers across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions to provide support for complex issues, come up with the design & implementation of solutions, and planned go-live dates and production deployments with customers. At Nucleus Software, she worked as a Java developer and Technical Solution Provider, encompassing a wide range of skill set, roles, and industry verticals. Mommy holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering (CSE) from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
