She began her career as a Software Test Engineer at Infosys, where she gained valuable exposure to understanding client requirements and delivering timely services. To gain a holistic understanding of the client journey from a business perspective, she pursued an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur. During her MBA, she interned with Dell in the Performance Analytics group, where she analyzed pricing rules and developed uniform rules that suited the needs of all the regions that the company operated in. Currently, Monica is a Product Manager at ICICI Bank, where she is responsible for the Earns on Axis eDGE rewards program, the customer loyalty program of Axis Bank. Her role gives her an insight into both the business and customer side of the rewards program. Prior to this, she worked as a Product Manager at Axis Bank, where she was responsible for the Axis eDGE rewards program as a Deputy Manager.
