Monika Rathi is an accomplished Lead Software Testing Engineer with over 7 years of experience in functional, database, and API testing. She has domain expertise in financial services and life science, and is skilled in functional test planning, system integration testing, database testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, API and unit testing. Monika has an excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and defect lifecycle. She has experience in conducting daily offshore meetings, attending daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, and retro meetings. Monika has maintained proper handshake to the client and production support teams based on company or client’s standards. She has also groomed new resources and has experience with multiple reporting tools like JIRA, HP ALM, and TFS. Currently, Monika is working as a Lead Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems.
