Monis Majeed is a Senior Automation Test Engineer 1 with a passion for coding and building solutions that prioritize productivity, quality, innovation, and facing challenges. With 4.5 years of experience in system analysis, design, development, and QA testing of web-based, client/server, and cloud-based applications, Monis is an expert in test automation framework development using tools and scripting languages such as Rest, Selenium, WebDriver, Maven, and Java. Monis has worked with developers in building a tool to import/export blueprints from one environment to another using Spring, Java, Maven, and has contributed to Apache cloud stack Open Source. Monis is also responsible for planning, analyzing, testing, and automating user stories, identifying, interpreting, and reporting defects, and working with developers to analyze requirements and reproduce problems to get them to closure. Monis has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from PESIT and a BCA from CASET. Monis has a tech stack that includes test, SDET, Java, Selenium, QA, Spring, Jenkins, integration, UI, and web. With 11.20 years of relevant experience, Monis is a core automation expert involved in giving trainings to new hires, support team, sales team, and partners on the product features, automating system functional tests and unit tests at the application controller level using JUnit, and performance testing using JMeter. Monis is also involved in helping the documentation team in documenting the product features and organizing bug bashes for major and minor releases.
