Monsoon Dibragede is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the field. She is currently working as a Consultant at Cacti Legal Services LLP, where she has set up an end-to-end operational process and deployed a Contract Abstraction Tool into client instances. Monsoon has also helped build a team from single digits to over 50 employees. Monsoon is a founding member and VP Product & Operations at Neukelp Innovation Technology, a biotech startup with a vision to solve one of the most common problems in the world - back pain. She has designed and deployed an e-commerce website and mobile app, established and scaled fulfillment and warehousing operations, and is responsible for production, quality, purchase vendor development, logistics, and customer interaction. Monsoon has also set up and standardized processes to handle customer queries, delivered new product features, and implemented processes for customer feedback to reduce the return rate from 10% to almost zero. She has also conducted user research and interaction and worked closely with other functional departments such as Product, Tech, Marketing, Graphics, and Sales to improve the overall operational processes of the company. Prior to her current roles, Monsoon worked at Nykaa.com, one of India's largest e-commerce companies in beauty and fashion, as an Analyst-QA. She led the QA team of both iOS and Android Apps, managed tasks on Jira, and worked closely with Product, Tech, Customer Support, and Catalogue Team. Monsoon also helped launch iOS and Android Apps on their respective App Stores working as a lone QA. Monsoon holds a Master of Technology degree in MTech and a Bachelor of Technology degree in BTech from IIT.
