Moushmi Jiandani is a Regional Ecommerce Analyst at Sephora SEA and a MiM student at Essec Business School, APAC. With a passion for luxury sector, Moushmi is pursuing a Master in Management from Essec Business School in Singapore. She brings a strong tech, product management, and analytical experience to the table, acquired in her professional journey. Currently, Moushmi is pursuing an analytics internship in the E-commerce team of Sephora at the Singapore headquarters, where she is gaining exposure to working with the nuances of multiple markets in the South East Asia region. She has worked with e-commerce website and app-based teams by supporting them in performance analysis of consumer patterns and forecasting for critical commercial campaign activities. She has evaluated campaign strategies and mechanics to drive improvements by being involved in competitor analysis and monitoring CRM trends. In the past, Moushmi has worked as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Increff, Bangalore, to build an Intelligent Insights Merchandising, Buying, and Planning platform to enhance fashion and lifestyle brands' top-line and bottom-line. She was the youngest technical lead in the company and handled project planning and roadmap creation and interfaced with the product business team for technical requirements. Moushmi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, and she is expected to complete her Master in Management - Grande École from Essec Asia-Pacific in 2023. She has relevant experience of 2.44 years and possesses a TechStack of Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and product manager. Overall, Moushmi is a dedicated and driven professional with a strong background in tech, product management, and analytics. She is passionate about the luxury sector and is working hard to achieve her goals by pursuing higher education and gaining valuable experience in the industry.
