Mridvika Raisinghani is a seasoned business professional with over 14 years of experience in technology services, consulting, non-profit, Ed-Tech, and HR Tech start-ups. She is passionate about solving complex business problems and enjoys creating systems and structures out of chaos. Mridvika is driven by opportunities to grow businesses to scale, making her the perfect fit for her current role as Co-founder and CEO at Sama. Sama, which means equal, is a technology solution that provides workforce insights to help retain urban women in employment. Mridvika's goal is to advance gender equity in the workforce through her work at Sama. Her experience in early-stage start-ups has allowed her to learn incremental and transferrable skills, making her a valuable asset to any team. In addition to her current role, Mridvika has also worked as a Resident Fellow at Antler, where she was part of the first cohort of the Antler India Residency program for start-up operators and aspiring founders. She has also served as a Business Advisor at Hivel, where she advised the CEO on setting up the sales function, creating sales infrastructure, go-to-market strategy, hiring strategy, fundraising, P&L, budgeting, and more. Mridvika's education includes a Master's degree in Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, and completion of the Driving Growth through Innovation Program (India) at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
