Mrigank Ashesh is a Quant Analyst with a passion for Capital Markets. He is currently working as a Desk Quant Analyst at Squarepoint Capital. Mrigank is a self-learner who aspires to become one of the most successful traders in the financial market. Apart from his full-time role as a Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, he is always learning, reading, and working on something related to the financial market or sweating it out at the gym. Mrigank is an IIT Bombay 2020 graduate from Engineering Physics (B. Tech) with experience in many projects revolving around Machine Learning Algorithms, Automation Frameworks, and BackTesting. He also has experience in a leadership position as a General Secretary and organizing skills as an Events Coordinator. Currently, Mrigank is focusing his efforts on using Financial Data Science to screen stocks and generate a buy signal. Therefore, he has invested his efforts in a Nanodegree program at Udacity - AI for Trading to get the tools essential for research. Mrigank's skills include Data Science, Python, JAVA, C++, R, MATLAB, MLFlow, Kafka, and PCF. In his past roles at Wells Fargo, Mrigank worked as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer Senior Analyst. He was responsible for feature enhancement and unit testing of the AI Portal Application in JAVA. He also developed a proof-of-concept for one-touch deployment using open source components such as AirFlow, MLFlow, Kafka, and Cloud Foundry. Mrigank is a talented individual with relevant experience of 2.95 years. He is always looking for opportunities to help others and is open to collaboration.
