Mrigank conceptualized and implemented outdoor and BTL marketing campaigns for O2 to increase new users by 100% and devised and implemented complex programs to improve customer experience and retention rates by 8 points. Mrigank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Senior Year degree in Computer Science from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Delhi.
