Mrigank is a Chief Growth Officer with a focus on the SaaS ecosystem. With over 22 years of relevant experience, he has a background in startups, sales, operations, entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, and building out processes and teams to support growth. Mrigank is a serial entrepreneur with two exits and has experience in starting a new venture ($0-$2Mn ARR) as well as executing for growth in larger established ventures (>$10Mn ARR). Currently, Mrigank is responsible for overall growth in India and expansion into MEA as the Chief Growth Officer at PeopleStrong. His responsibilities include acquiring new logos, setting up and managing sales teams in regional zones, growing partnerships across regions, and ensuring topline and bottom line growth across the region. Mrigank's past experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Oliver Wyman, where he was involved in telecom projects ranging across the lifecycle of the company. He was also the Founder and CEO of Qustn Technologies, which was acquired by PeopleStrong. At Qustn, he built a proprietary mobile-first SaaS platform called Capabiliti that helps companies derive specific measurable outcomes from their talent base. Mrigank has a degree in General Management from INSEAD and a degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Nagpur University. He also attended Modern School. In addition to his professional experience, Mrigank is an Advanced PADI certified scuba diver and enjoys reading, playing squash, swimming, trekking, and watching movies. He also invests in companies that he believes he can help build out and mentors fellow entrepreneurs.
