Mriganka Kalita is a certified technical architect and ServiceNow consultant with over 8 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. Currently working as a consultant (implementation delivery specialist) at Accenture, he has been involved in ServiceNow implementation projects for HR service delivery, facilities service management, customer service management, and system performance. Prior to his current role, Mriganka worked as an implementation specialist at Nuvolo, where he was responsible for implementing applications for clinical asset management, facilities asset management, and real estate management. He also worked as a systems engineer at Infosys, where he gained experience as a ServiceNow developer in areas such as ITIL process frameworks, incident, problem, change, knowledge and request management, CMDB, integration with third-party tools/software, ServiceNow scripting (server and client side), application development, production support, and testing. Apart from his technical expertise, Mriganka has also been involved in pre-sales activities and has worked on RFPs, helping the sales team with developing proposal solutions. He attended the Foundation Programme at the Global Education Center, Infosys Mysore, designed to help entry-level engineering graduates transition from the academic world to the corporate world. Mriganka has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University. His tech stack includes senior software engineering, computer vision, and integration.
