Mriganka Mohapatra is a dedicated and hardworking individual with a focus on achieving his goals while adhering to timelines. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, with a graduation year of 2022. Mriganka's impressive resume includes a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG and a summer internship as a Business Insurance Consultant Intern at Cognizant. His project at Cognizant revolved around analyzing the changing Defined Contributions landscape of the US Retirement Industry amidst the COVID pandemic. Prior to his MBA, Mriganka worked as a Mainframe Application Developer at IBM for three years after completing his B.Tech in IT from IIIT Bhubaneswar. Mriganka's leadership and organizational skills are evident in his role as Campus Director of the Hult Prize Oncampus Program at XIMB for 2021-22. He was also part of the Hult Prize OC 2020-21 and is a core member of the International Relations Committee at XIMB, heading the Design vertical. Mriganka has a thorough understanding of the Healthcare Domain due to his prior work experience with Anthem, a US-based Healthcare client, and SIP in the Insurance domain. He is a quick learner and excels at team work, delegation, and multitasking.
